How to register on the Participant Portal

Access our participant registration page by clicking the “register” button above. To register, enter your last name, first initial, email address, company code, and date of birth, and choose a username. Once you have reviewed our terms and conditions, click Submit. A temporary password will be emailed to you. After you have logged in with that temporary password, you will be asked to change your password. When your password has been changed, you will be fully registered on our participant portal, and will have access to your full account information, plan documents, and our new online claim submission tools.

Trouble registering?

If you’re having trouble registering, the most common problem is that your benefit information is not yet set up in our system or that the information in our systems provided by your employer does not match the information you entered.

Common mismatches can include a different email address (work email vs. personal email), slightly different last name (Smith vs. Smith Jr.), or birth date. To confirm your correct registration information and assistance registering, please contact us.

Forgot username and/or password

Click on the “login” button above. On the next page, you will be prompted to login using your username and password. Below the login button on that page, click “forgot username and password.” You will then be prompted to enter your identifying information to retrieve your username and/or password.

How to register on the Employer Portal

Access our employer registration page by clicking the “register” button above. To register, enter your first and last name, email address, and company code, and then select a user name. Review our terms and conditions and click Submit. Shortly after registering for online access you will receive an email confirmation with a temporary password. After you have logged in with that temporary password, you will be asked to change your password. When your password has been changed, you will be fully registered on our employer portal and can easily access participant election information, year-to-date and disbursement reports, plan documents, and contribution reporting tools.

Click on the “login” button above. On the next page, you will be prompted to login using your username and password. Below the login button on that page, click “forgot username and password.” You will then be prompted to enter your identifying information to retrieve your username and/or password.
