Customer Service Representative:

We are currently recruiting Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our team in Renton, WA. As a CSR, you will help educate participants on what Navia offers and how to use their benefits. In addition, CSRs are responsible for processing claims, taking calls and responding to emails, and making sure participants stay in compliance within their assigned plans. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Providing amazing customer service via phone and email
  • Ensuring all submitted claims comply with applicable rules
  • Utilize research, analytical, and problem-solving skills to respond and resolve questions or problems pertaining to claims
  • Working with other CSRs to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Other duties as assigned


The Successful Candidate:

  • Genuinely enjoys helping people
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must be able to multi-task (working on administrative tasks in between phone calls)
  • Clear oral and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to self-manage your time
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Committed to learning

Extensive Training:

Navia is dedicated to providing the best customer service in the industry, and that customer service is the direct result of our knowledgeable and committed CSR team. Each CSR will complete a three (3) week long Customer Service Training (CST) program at the beginning of employment. The CST program will cover all aspects of the CSR responsibilities, and will help get each CSR member up to speed. Excellent attendance and a commitment to learn is critical for the successful completion of the CST program.
