Navia Alerts (SMS) Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of Navia Benefit Solutions’ (“Navia”) mobile SMS services. By accessing, viewing, downloading or otherwise using mobile SMS, you agree to these Terms and intend these Terms to be the legal equivalent of a signed written contract to which you are legally bound.

If you do not agree with these Terms do not use our mobile SMS services.

Section 1: One-Time Verification Codes (OTP/MFA) SMS Terms

These Terms govern Navia Benefit Solutions, Inc. (“Navia”) and Navia’s subsidiary SMS programs for one-time verification codes. You may initiate SMS from our website to receive verification codes (OTP/MFA) for sign-in, device verification, and account security actions. By requesting an SMS verification code, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not request SMS codes (you may use another verification method where available).

Program Purpose & Message Frequency

  • Purpose: Delivery of one-time verification codes for account security. This program does not send marketing messages.
  • Frequency: 1 msg/request (you receive a single SMS each time you request a code).
  • One-Time Verification Codes (OTP/MFA) SMS Terms: By requesting an SMS verification code, you agree to receive a one-time text message from 40680 for account security. Frequency: 1 msg/request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to 40680 to disable SMS verification codes for your account; HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Fees: Message and data rates may apply.
  • Delivery & Carrier Disclosures: Message delivery may be delayed or undelivered due to carrier/network issues outside Navia’s control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Eligibility & Responsibility: By using SMS verification you confirm you are 13 years of age or older and that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided (or have the account holder’s permission). Keep your contact information current. If your number changes, update it in your Navia account before requesting SMS codes.
  • Reply STOP to disable SMS verification codes for your account. If you opt out, you can still verify using email or voice call. You may re-enable SMS at any time by selecting SMS verification again during login. Reply HELP for assistance. No marketing messages will be sent.
  • Privacy: We use your mobile number and limited message metadata to provide verification and protect your account. For details, please review our Privacy Policy at https://www.naviabenefits.com/privacy-policy-and-notice/.
  • No Purchase Requirement: Consent to receive SMS verification codes is not a condition of purchase. If you do not wish to receive SMS, use an alternative verification method where available.

 

Section 2: Navia Alerts (Marketing/Informational SMS) Terms

You may also initiate SMS to receive important messages from Navia Benefits Solutions regarding open enrollment, benefit offerings and education, employer program renewals, and general information about our products and services.

  • Opt-in: Text NAVIA to 52074.
  • Message frequency:
  • Fees: Message and data rates may apply.
  • By opting in: You consent to receive mobile text alerts using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
  • Eligibility: By signing up, you confirm you are over the age of 13.
  • Opt-Out: To opt out, text STOP to 52074. You will receive a one-time confirmation SMS confirming your opt-out.

  • Note: Opt-out applies only to Navia Alerts (informational and marketing messages). It does not affect one-time security or verification codes, which are sent only in response to your specific requests.

Changes, Suspension, & Contact
We may update these Terms or suspend/modify the program at any time. We will post updates with a new effective date.
