FlexBank and Navia Benefit Solutions Announce Company Merger

Companies combine common strengths in consumer-directed benefit offerings

Dayton, OH — February 18th, 2020 — FlexBank Administrators, a trusted and tenured provider of pre-tax benefits, COBRA administration, and compliance solutions, announces its partnership with Navia Benefit Solutions, a nationwide consumer-directed benefits provider of health, life, and compliance solutions.

Both companies will leverage FlexBank’s expertise and professionalism in delivering quality benefit services to customers for nearly 50 years, alongside Navia’s reputation for innovative benefit solutions, quality customer service, and a leading technology platform. FlexBank and Navia offer complementary “best of breed” benefit products that will enhance the options and value available to customers of both organizations. As a subsidiary of Navia Benefit Solutions, FlexBank employees will become members of the Navia family through the partnership and will continue to serve FlexBank customers. Alissa Culp, FlexBank’s owner, will continue with the combined organization and continues to be responsible for the expansion and growth of the FlexBank operation.
