Sales Executive

Job description:

This position will be focused on actively seeking and engaging customer prospects to sell Navia’s product offering. They will provide, complete, and appropriate solutions for every customer to meet/exceed sales quotas regarding revenue growth, customer acquisitions, and profitability.

Essential functions:

  • Develop relationships with net new accounts via prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Increase revenue with existing accounts
  • Deliver exceptional sales presentations and proposals with professionalism
  • Maintain healthy communication with management by submitting daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis
  • Monitor competitive landscape by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, etc.
  • Resolve customer issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
  • Attend educational workshops and review professional publications
  • Consistently update all sales related activity within the Navia CRM

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 5+ years outside sales experience, preferably within the TPA space
  • Comfortable with public speaking
  • Ability to travel to/from client fairs and meetings
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe
  • Strong command of Navia product offering
