Merger extends Navia’s product offerings and advances ASi’s service and operations
FRESNO, California — October 24, 2019 — Administrative Solutions, Inc. (ASi), a highly regarded provider of Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA) and other benefits and administration services, announced its partnership with Navia Benefit Solutions, a nationwide consumer-directed benefits provider.
The partnership diversifies Navia’s product offerings and enables ASi to bring Navia’s scale, technology, and operational expertise to its customers. ASi brings extensive HRA experience to the relationship and adds new products to Navia’s existing suite of consumer-directed benefit services, including Medical Expense Reimbursement Plans (MERP) and Self-funded Dental and Vision Plans.
As a subsidiary of Navia, ASi employees will become members of the Navia family through the partnership and will continue to serve ASi customers. Barry Maas, ASi’s founder, will be actively involved in the ongoing business as President of ASi, continuing to run the day-to-day operations and retaining an ownership interest in the merged organization.
