TRI-AD and Navia Benefit Solutions Announce Company Merger

TRI-AD AND NAVIA BENEFIT SOLUTIONS ANNOUNCE NEW PARTNERSHIP 

Escondido, CA — November 28, 2022 — TRI-AD Actuaries LLC (TRI-AD), a trusted provider of health and wealth benefits administration solutions for nearly 50 years, announces its partnership and merger with Navia Benefit Solutions, a nationwide consumer-directed benefits provider of health, life, and compliance solutions.

The partnership will leverage TRI-AD’s expertise in the Retirement and Ben Admin markets, alongside Navia’s reputation for innovative benefit solutions and quality customer service, allowing for a best-in-class health and wealth experience for our combined client base.

As a subsidiary of Navia Benefit Solutions, TRI-AD employees will become members of the Navia family through the partnership and will continue to serve TRI-AD clients without disruption or interruption.  Thad Hamilton, TRI-AD’s President, and CEO will continue with the combined organization during the transition. “Our companies are culturally compatible and have grown from similar foundations.
