TaxSaver Plan and Navia Benefit Solutions Announce Company Merger

Companies join forces to provide expanded benefit administration and communication services

Dallas, TX — April 12, 2022 —TaxSaver Plan, a trusted provider of pre-tax benefits such as FSAs, HRAs, HSAs, and COBRA administration announces its partnership with Navia Benefit Solutions, a nationwide consumer-directed benefits provider of health, life, and compliance solutions. The partnership became official December 31, 2021.

Both companies will leverage TaxSaver Plan’s expertise and professionalism in delivering quality benefit services to customers for nearly 40 years, alongside Navia’s reputation for innovative benefit solutions, quality customer service, and leading technology platform. This, combined with its growing presence in the Southern US region will be invaluable in allowing the TaxSaver Plan team to continue to focus on what they do best – servicing customers.

As a subsidiary of Navia Benefit Solutions, TaxSaver Plan employees will become members of the Navia family through the partnership and will continue to serve TaxSaver Plan customers. Charles Zelazny and Kelsey Zelazny, TaxSaver Plan’s owners, will continue with the combined organization and will continue to be responsible for the expansion and growth of the TaxSaver Plan operation.
