The Participant portal has been updated

In an effort to constantly improve our Participant experience, Navia is excited to release our updated Participant portal. We value the user feedback that has been submitted and have added several new features that will make managing your benefits more enjoyable!

The new portal contains tutorial popups to educate participants on the available tools we offer, and provide answers to common questions our participants have. In addition, the claim submission tool now has a document previewer built in, so you do not have to shuffle any paperwork while submitting your claim. The GoNavia ordering platform for commuter benefits has been re-designed and offers a clear picture of current orders on file, as well as a more intuitive ordering process. Finally, we have improved the alerts for outstanding debit card swipes, as well as important dates/deadlines for your benefits. We realize that participants that are well informed will have a positive user experience, and the new portal is a great resource for important information.
